We try to make the process as easy as possible. Once you complete the submission form, we’ll contact you for a short introductory call. During that call, we see if our services can help your vision and cause go to the next level. If yes, after the call we will send you a proposal contract via email that you can read over and e-sign. After it’s signed, a deposit is required (50% deposit for projects under $10K or 1/3 deposit for $10K+ projects). Deposits secure your spot on our calendar (unless you are getting a V.I.P Day package). When the deposit is paid, the next step will be to schedule a Project Discovery Call to clarify our mission and go over the process, start date and time frame. Then work begins on the start date!

Projects take 2-7 weeks depending on the project size and the deliverables included. If you’re a VIP client, they are normally done in 1-3 days.

For Brand Projects a 50% deposit is required before the project begins and the remaining balance is due before the completed items are given to the client.

Website Projects are usually 2-3 payments over the span of the project. Deposits are normally 33.33% to 50% of the full balance. The remaining 1-2 payments are set at certain milestones and the final payment is paid before the website or landing page goes live. (Payment schedule and milestones are discussed before the contract is signed and will be listed in the contract).

* If you’re a VIP client then the full payment will be due before the project starts.

Every project gets a total of 2 revision rounds. This means we can make all the necessary corrections or changes in those two rounds. However, if you feel you need more revisions outside of that, we’ll be happy to do it with an additional charge per revision. Don’t worry though, we always take care of everything our clients request in those designated rounds.
