Step 3: You’ll receive a project packet via email – you sign the agreement & pay your 50% deposit for work to begin. (50% deposit for projects under $10K or 1/3 deposit for $10K+ projects)

Step 4: We’re off to the races! Work begins within 48 hours depending on the project.

We keep you in the loop every step of the way so you know next steps until the project is complete.

Design projects take 2-10 weeks depending on the project size and the deliverables included.

Consulting projects range from 3-12 months.

VIP days are normally done in 1-5 days. – Send us a message for more details.

For Brand Projects a 50% deposit is required before the project begins and the remaining balance is due before the completed items are delivered to the client.

Website Projects are usually 2-3 payments over the span of the project. Deposits are normally 33.33% to 50% of the full balance. The remaining 1-2 payments are set at certain milestones and the final payment is paid before the website goes live. – (Payment schedule and milestones are discussed before the contract is signed and will be listed in the contract).

VIP Packages are paid in full payment (100%), at least 3 business days before the project session begins.

Every project gets a maximum of 2 revision rounds.

This means you list everything that needs to be revised and we’ll make all the necessary corrections or changes at once in each round.

However, if you feel you need more revisions outside of that, we’ll be happy to do it with an additional charge per revision. – Don’t worry though, we always take care of everything our clients request in those designated rounds.
