Every business grows in its own way, so we don’t promise a number. What we can promise are clear tools, real support, and honest feedback that will help improve your brand and business.

What does a Brand & Mindset Studio do?

We identify and fix the mindset hurdles behind your brand first. Then we rebuild it to align with your mission, the results you deliver, and getting you paid. We carry that throughout your whole brand and business strategy.

Will I be doing this alone?

Not at all. Many women start their business with no mentor and no circle. You’re not alone, I’ve been there too. My programs are built around support, accountability, and a group, so you’ll have women in your corner cheering you on and keeping you on track.

How do I know which program or package is right for me?

Start by booking a Brand Breakthrough Call. We’ll first see where you currently are in your business and brand, and where you’re looking to grow. Then we’ll discuss the options that will work best for you and your vision. No pressure. No judgment, just truth. If it isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you, and point you to what might help more.

How do I know I’m undercharging in my business?

Although there are many signs of undercharging, most business owners don’t know they’re doing it. This can be a result of being unclear about the value of your offering and its result, to there being a mindset hurdle to overcome. Either way, we work with our clients to uncover what the real issue is hidden below. Then we help you build a pricing structure that aligns with your mission and business goals.

Who does Zeely Creative work with

We work with women entrepreneurs 40 and up who are already in business. Most are coaches, consultants, speakers, and service providers. They’re great at what they do, but self-doubt, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or other limiting beliefs keep their business from becoming more profitable and their brands hidden. I already have a logo but I just need a few tweaks. Do you do that?

No. We do not fix other designers work. Our mission is to create a fully aligned & innovative brand identity that reflects where your brand and business is going, not where it currently is. Get in touch to see what we can do for you.

Are there additional costs?

For brand consulting, no.

For brand design projects, no, unless you want additional services or deliverables outside of the scope of work we originally agreed on.

For web design projects, yes.–You will be in charge of covering the hosting cost for the platform your site will be developed on (e.g. Squarespace, WordPress, etc.). Other than that you’re good to go, there are no hidden fees.

How do I get started?

Schedule a Brand Breakthrough call so we can learn more about your goals and see if we’re a good fit for your project. Before we end our call, we’ll discuss the next steps if you decide to work with us.

What is your process and how does it work?

We try to make the process as easy as possible.

Step 1: Jump on a Clarity Call

Step 2: Make a decision to work with us

Step 3: You’ll receive a project packet via email – you sign the agreement & pay your 50% deposit for work to begin. (50% deposit for projects under $10K or 1/3 deposit for $10K+ projects)

Step 4: We’re off to the races! Work begins within 48 hours depending on the project.

We keep you in the loop every step of the way so you know next steps until the project is complete.

How long do projects take?

Design projects take 2-10 weeks depending on the project size and the deliverables included.

Consulting projects range from 3-12 months.

VIP days are normally done in 1-5 days. – Send us a message for more details.

Can I get just a website if I don’t need branding?

Absolutely! All you would need to do is check the “Website Design” option in the submission form and we’ll discuss the details during our free discovery call.

How does the payment schedule work?

For Brand Projects a 50% deposit is required before the project begins and the remaining balance is due before the completed items are delivered to the client.

Website Projects are usually 2-3 payments over the span of the project. Deposits are normally 33.33% to 50% of the full balance. The remaining 1-2 payments are set at certain milestones and the final payment is paid before the website goes live. – (Payment schedule and milestones are discussed before the contract is signed and will be listed in the contract).

VIP Packages are paid in full payment (100%), at least 3 business days before the project session begins.

How many revisions do I get?

Every project gets a maximum of 2 revision rounds.

This means you list everything that needs to be revised and we’ll make all the necessary corrections or changes at once in each round.

However, if you feel you need more revisions outside of that, we’ll be happy to do it with an additional charge per revision. – Don’t worry though, we always take care of everything our clients request in those designated rounds.

Should I invest in professional photography for my project?

Yes! We highly recommend it. Every part of your brand should be high quality and look professional.

To be honest a blurry selfie wouldn’t be the best representation of your brilliance. Having a professional photoshoot done will only enhance your overall brand identity and puts you closer to reaching those high ticket clients.
